GTC refinanced and concluded loans on almost €400m through a euro-bond offering as well as project and construction loans during the first six months of the year. Among the deals reported in H1, GTC signed a binding term sheet with Banca Intesa Beograd, VUB and PBZ for €64m to finance Ada Mall in Belgrade. The company also secured a €26m with Raiffeisen Bank to finance the construction loan for GTC White House in Budapest. Larger refinancing deals included €84m with Erste Bank for City Gate, €46m with BZWBK for the Korona Office Complex and €50m for Avenue Mall Zagreb, also secured from BZWBK.
