GTC is reportedly looking to offload a plot site in the city of Katowice on which it had planned to build the Mikołowska Office Centre. Polish media are speculating that the developer has been unable to secure any tenants for the project, making it impossible to launch construction. GTC ‘s original idea in buying the land was to develop a residential scheme on it. The company has delivered one office scheme in Katowice, the 21,700 sqm Francuska Business Centre completed in 2011.
GTC announced earlier this year its plans to stabilize its financial results and reduce its LTV ratio by selling some off assets.
