Globe Trade Center is scheduled to break ground on City Rose Park on Bulevardul Expoziţiei in Bucharest next year. The investment will include three office buildings, with costs estimated at €100m. The first two buildings to go up next year will offer 18,300 sqm and 17,200 sqm respectively. The third building, with 14,500 sqm of space, is in the pre-planning stage. The first two buildings are scheduled to be delivered in mid-2021, and the third is set for completion in the first half of 2022.
