GTC started construction on its latest office development project in Budapest: the 21,500 sqm GTC White House. Swietelsky Hungary will oversee deep foundation and basement work for the project. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2017. Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE were named joint exclusive leasing agents. With GTC White House, the Hungarian subsidiary of Warsaw’s Globe Trade Centre S.A. has extended its domestic office portfolio to 140,000 sqm. GTC Hungary also owns Duna Tower, Center Point, GTC Metro and the Spirál Office Building.
