GTC White House has secured Platinum certification under the LEED for Building Design and Construction rating scheme. GTC’s new class A office building is located on the site of of a former elevator factory in the Váci út office corridor and offers 21,500 sqm of space. The environmentally friendly solutions, efficiency and design are an integral elements of the scheme’s architectural concept. The green roof, reuse of harvested rainwater, efficient insulation and windows covered with a light-reflecting foil all serve to reduce energy consumption and make a sustainable building in the heart of the city. “GTC White House is a symbiotic complex that combines great modern architecture with a traditional urban development,” said Thomas Kurzmann, CEO of GTC.
