GTFL Sp. z o.o., a Polish rapid-transport logistics company, has leased 3,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Hillwood Błonie I, near Warsaw. The tenant was represented by Cresa. Hillwood Błonie I is located 31 km west of the Polish capital and offers 23,500 sqm of space. “Warsaw remains the largest industrial and warehouse market in Poland. Although the city has substantial supply, finding warehouse space for immediate occupancy with an option to expand can be challenging. We are pleased to have been able to assist GTFL in procuring space in a strategic location that will accommodate its future growth,” said Jowita Spiżarska, industrial and warehouse advisor at Cresa Polska.
