Polish transport and logistics provider GTFL has leased more than 5,400 sqm at Panattoni Park Grodzisk II. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland. Panattoni Park Grodzisk II is a warehouse complex located near Warsaw, 2 km from the A2 motorway and near the planned Grodzisk Mazowiecki ring road. “The Warsaw warehouse market continues to attract strong occupier interest. Although warehouse availability rose by 17 percent compared to last year’s level, there is a paucity of space available for immediate occupation in the region, particularly with high-quality office space. GTFL doubled its warehouse footprint to nearly 11,000 sqm within a year. We are pleased to support GTFL in their growth,” said Jowita Spiżarska, advisor of the industrial and warehouse department at Cresa Poland.
