Gühring, a producer of tools for industrial machining, has signed a lease contract for new premises at the Adelardis Park in Pilsen. The company has taken a total of 3,655 sqm of manufacturing, office and outside space, in a deal brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle. “We have decided for Adelardis because of the high-quality A-class premises and flexible lease terms,” explained Michal Mlčoch, Managing Director and Production Manager of Gühring.
