Foreign trade turnover in Poland after twelve months of 2020 according to temporary data in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 1051.9 bn, while in imports – PLN 998.3 bn, according to Statistics Poland (GUS). The positive balance reached the level of PLN 53.7 bn, while in the same period of 2019 year amounted to PLN 5.1 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of 2019 exports increased by 2.8 percent, while imports decreased by 2.0 percent. Exports expressed in EUR amounted to EUR 237.5 bn, while imports amounted to EUR 225.5 bn (an decrease in exports of 0.3 percent and in imports of 4.8 percent). The positive balance reached EUR 12.0 bn, while in the same period of 2019 – EUR 1.2 bn, informed Statistics Poland.
