According to preliminary data, in the period of January-March 2021, 53.3 thousand apartments were commissioned, i.e. by 7.4% more than the year before. Developers commissioned 30.4 thousand apartments – by 1.2 % less than in the corresponding period of 2020, while individual investors – 21.7 thousand flats, i.e. 21.1% more. 97.8% of all newly completed flats were built as part of these forms of construction. , ie cooperative, communal, social for rent and company, a total of 1,164 flats (907 a year ago) were completed.
The usable floor area of dwellings completed in January-March 2021 was 5.1 million sqm, a 13% more than in the previous year, and the average floor area of 1 dwelling reached 95.5 sqm, the Central Statistical Office also reported.
