RLRE Carina Property, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen-Leasing Real Estate, is developing H-Park HerÅ”pice Brno. The project, located along the busy transport artery HerÅ”pickĆ” connecting the city center to the D1 motorway, will offer 8,000 sqm of business, office and warehouse space. Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Team will oversee leasing.

Completion of the first phase of H-Park is scheduled for April, with two phases to be added in the future, according to the development manager of Raiffeisen-Leasing Real Estate, Hynek StupƔk.
