H&R Real Estate Investment Trust, based in Toronto, Canada has purchased the Century Waterford Lakes apartments for $53.3 million. Trading at $133,125 per unit, the 400-unit complex is located at 12101 Fountainbrook Boulevard in east Orlando. Built in 2000, the property was 92-percent leased at the time of the sale. CBRE represented the seller, Atlanta based Centennial Fountains LLC. This is the second Orlando apartment purchase this year for H&R, having scooped up the Tortuga Bay at Waterford Lakes apartments in April of this year.
