H4L Development, controlled by the Bîlteanu family, sold about 3 hectares of the land of the former Energo-Reparații factory, in Sector 3, to the German retailers Kaufland and Lidl, who have already opened stores in this place. The developer was left with a lot of about 6,000 sqm on which he wants to build a shopping mall, the first of a network planned for the coming years.
Now, the investor has received authorization for the construction of a gallery with an area of about 2,400 sqm, which will have 125 parking spaces next to it. The premises are already leased to retailers Sinsay, Fresnapf and Pepco, and several options are still being considered for the remaining 100 sqm of space. H4L Development is currently in the process of tendering for the appointment of the builder.
