The real estate developer H4L Development has pre-contracted a land of 3.5 hectares in Constanța, on which it plans to start a residential complex with 700 apartments in 6 months.
The investor has 6 projects in advanced stages of design or start of construction, of which four in Bucharest and two in Brasov.
“In 2021, H4L Development began selling apartments in three of the four neighborhoods announced for Bucharest: The Village, Millennium and Holban, with sales of EUR 50 million. In March we start the construction works for The Village project,” Said Liviu Ioneanu, Co-CEO of H4L Development.
The developer announces an increase in apartment prices by about 8-9 percent, since the beginning of March, motivated by the rise in price of building materials.
