H4L Developement, which is controlled by the business magnate Dragos Bilteanu, plans to start his West Garden residential project on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard in Bucharest this year. The complex involves the construction of more than 40 apartment buildings with 1,700 units, plus 1,800 underground parking spaces. The first phase of the investment will be over €30m. Liviu Ioneanu and Ionut Bilteanu are serving as co-CEO’s of H4L Development.
