Hagag Development Europe, part of the Israeli Hagag Group, has added to its portfolio through the acquisition of two properties located on Calea Victoriei in central Bucharest and a plot of land of more than 3 hectares near the Pipera forest. The two properties along the iconic Bucharest boulevard are called H Victoriei 109 (the former Petrom headquarters) and H Victoriei 139. The company is planning further investments worth up to €70m in the country. The company’s planned investments now total €150m in Romania, if the latest moves are combined to its €90m scheme at H Pipera Lake, a project the company has already gone public with.
