Hagag Development Europe secured a building permit for H Eliade 9 Residence, which will go up in Bucharest’s Primaverii neighborhood on a 2,200 sqm plot. Construction is scheduled to start in August, with a budget of €16m. More than 35 percent of the residential units are under contract. H Eliade 9 Residence will include 35 two-, three- and four-room premium apartments, ranging from 90 sqm to 220 sqm. The project will also feature five- and six-room duplexes. There will also be 62 underground parking spaces and an atrium area.
