The real estate developer Hagag Development Europe started the construction of the residential project H Eliade 9 Residence, located in the Primaverii neighborhood of the Capital. 40% of the available units were sold from the pre-construction phase of the project. The investment in the development of the project amounts to 16 million euro. H Eliade 9 Residence will have a height of UG + D + GF + 4F, with 35 exclusive apartments of two, three and four rooms and duplexes of five and six rooms, with areas up to 440 square meters and large terraces, own gardens for the basement units and 62 underground parking spaces.
