Haitong Group an international investment bank has extended its lease agreement for space in the Lumen office building owned and managed by Globalworth. An office with an area of nearly 1,200 sqm will be rearranged by experts from the Globalworth Workplaces Department.

Haitong Group has been operating in the Lumen office building since 2013, and the bank’s employees have certainly learned the advantages of working in a perfectly located and connected Skylight & Lumen complex. As the owner and manager of the facility, we are happy to confirm that the Haitong Group is staying with us for longer, and the office in the Lumen building is awaiting modernization, which will be carried out by our colleagues in the Workplaces department. In this way, the tenant will gain a comfortable space that meets the current needs of employees, and we as Globalworth can enjoy the feeling of satisfaction that our activities bring the appropriate effect, and another tenant decides to continue development in our building,” said Agnieszka Głuchowska, Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland.
In the process of extending the lease agreement, the Haitong Group was comprehensively supported by Savills, whose consulting included full commercial support as well as supervision and management of the space arrangement project.

The new reality requires planning office space with the future in mind and appropriate adaptation of the space so that it is comfortable, safe and consistent with the idea of sustainable development.
