Construction of Rezidence Stodůlky, a PSJ-developed residential project in Prague 5, has reached fourth floor. The broker, Svoboda & Williams, claims that approximately 50 percent of the 117 flats were pre-sold, thanks to the project’s location near the metro and reasonable pricing. Komerční banka is the lender for the developer, which employed the PH6 studio for a 2-building complex 13 and 4 stories tall. The flats will range between 36 sqm and 86 sqm, including six one-roomed unit and 74 two-roomed units. Apartments are being sold for between CZK 2.2 to 4m (€85,392 -€155,251).
