Luka Residential has leased half of the rental apartments at its Luka Living project, scheduled for completion in September 2017. The complex, going up next to the Luka metro station in Prague 5, will offer 215 units, a restaurant and wellness center. Monthly rents start on CZK 12,000 for a 30 sqm studio. The investor, the Vala family, owner of the Siko bathroom company, is also modernizing the neighboring Luka shopping center. Luka Residential is working on another rental apartment project in Prague 2-Vinohrady, where it is currently refurbishing a house with 10 apartments in Francouzská street it plans to offer for rent this summer.
