CBRE Global Investors has acquired a shopping centre in Hamburg for €44.4 million. The seller was Verwaltung Norddeutsche Grundvermögen Bau- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, which finished developing the retail park in 2012.
The Lurup Center is situated in the Lurup district of Hamburg. The property offers 13,260 sqm of retail space and 428 parking spaces. The shopping centre is almost fully leased. Among its tenants are Kaufland, Rossmann, Ernsting’s Family, Reno and Xenos. Lurup Center was completed in 2012.
