Hamburg Trust, the real estate investment and asset manager, is strengthening its institutional business department. The company has appointed Margret Schulenburg and Florian Howe to the team. Schulenburg, who was previously the managing director at aik Immobilien-Investmentgesellschaft, was named head of investor relations at Hamburg Trust. Florian Howe, meanwhile, was appointed senior investment manager. He previously worked at Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate as a senior manager.
