Four law firms from Bucharest, Prague, Budapest and Sofia have formed a CEE partnership operating under the name BWSP. In addition to Bucharest’s Hammond, Bogaru and Associates, the other members of the partnership include Dvorak & Spol from Prague, Gobert and Partners from Budapest and Ilieva Voutcheva & Co from Sofia.
BWSP will focus on corporate and commercial law in Central and Eastern Europe, helping to streamline the legal process from clients doing business in the region. Each law firm in the partnership will continue to practice law in their own jurisdictions.
