Hilton Worldwide and S+B Gruppe AG will deliver a new hotel to the Warsaw market. A Hampton by Hilton hotel is scheduled t open during the first quarter of 2014. The project reportedly has all its construction permits in place.
“Poland remains a key market for Hilton Worldwide development. This latest agreement to build one of the biggest hotels in Europe proves this,” said Patrick Fitzgibbon of Hilton. “We continue expanding on the Polish market, and this latest investment is a strategic step in increasing our position on the Eastern European market.”
The new Hampton by Hilton hotel will go up on Wspólna street in downtown Warsaw. Once completed, it will include 12,500 sqm of new space in 300 guest rooms.
