AFI Europe has handed over the keys to 109 of the 133 apartments in the third phase of Tulipa Trebesin in Prague 3 since April despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The owners of the new apartments were understandably anxious to be able to take control of their real estate, so the developer had to come up with safety protocols that would enable the process to take place on schedule. Fortunately, AFI Europe was able to sell all of the units, which ranged in size from one to four-bedroom units, before construction was completed. In all, Tulipa Trebisin involves the construction of 750 apartments, plus 25 luxury units, over the course of four phases plus the construction of a new nursery school for 60 children, which is already operating.
