Lithuanian real estate developer Hanner broke ground on a mixed-use scheme that will offer offices and residential on the former Grivita brewery site in Bucharest. The Former Factory, designed by Romanian architects, will offer between 5,000 and 6,000 sqm of offices and 31 apartments. Costs are expected to exceed €30m. Hanner bought the 11,000 sqm plot from Kiseleff Development for €5m.
