The Lithuanian developer Hanner is building a €37m residential project near Tineretului Park in southern Bucharest. The Park will offer four housing blocks, the first of which is set for delivery this spring. The first block will include 69 units. Hanner, which is funding the project with its own equity, is planning to develop a block per year. The scheme will include a total of 460 apartments. Prices start at €55,000 for a studio to €120,000 for a four-room apartment. Hanner’s portfolio totals about €1bn.
