Hanner is investing more than €30m in a mixed-use project set to go up on the former Grivita brewery site in Bucharest. The Lithuanian property developer intends to renovate three buildings on the site into offices with a residential component. Construction is scheduled to break ground next year. The scheme, called The Former Factory, is being designed by local architects according to news reports. This will be Hanner’s first office project in Romania.
