Making its debut on the Polish market, the German investor Hansainvest Hanseatische Investment has acquired Warsaw’s Atrium 2 offices for EU 88m from the developer Skanska Property. Located in the city’s CBD, near Rondo ONZ, the building is occupied by Credit Suisse, DLA Piper andi Bravura Solutions. The acquisition marks a step towards diversification of Hansainvest’s portfolio, said the company’s managing director, Nicholas Brinckmann, adding that he hopes to secure further deals in Poland in the near-term. MF Capital represented the buyer in the transaction, while JLL advised Skanska Property Poland. Atrium 2 is Skanska’s eighth project in central Warsaw.
