HanseMerkur Grundvermögen has acquired new properties for its HMG Grundwerte Rheinland fund. The Hamburg-based subsidiary of HanseMerkur Versicherungsgruppe acquired properties in Köln-Poll, Köln-Ossendorf and Monheim am Rhein. The total investment volume was approximately €36m. The HMG Grundwerte Rheinland fund focuses on investments with a volume from €10m to €20m in residential, office and mixed-use properties in the region Rheinland and cities Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn.
