Harbor Group International has closed on a $97.1 million purchase of a recently completed multifamily asset near downtown Orlando. The 449-unit property, Elan Audubon Park, is located Orlandoβs Audubon Park neighborhood at 990 Warehouse Road. Berkadia acted on behalf of the buyer to secure a 5-year, $65.7 million acquisition loan from Bank of America worth 66 percent of the value of the project.
Built in 2017 by Charleston, S.C.-based Greystar, the asset’s common amenities include include two resort-style pools, a poolside bar and a bark park with dog wash station. Berkadia South Florida Senior Managing Director Charles Foschini, Managing Director Chris Apone and Senior Analyst Lourdes Carranza-Alvarez arranged the transaction.
