Heidelberg-based investor Harder & Partner has started construction on 60,000 sqm of logistics space in Duisburg’s Logport 1. A total of seven sheds will be built on a 112,000 sqm plot on Bliersheimer Strasse. Completion is set for the fourth quarter of 2015. Harder & Partner hopes to get the project certified by the German Sustainable Building Council.
