Hargreaves Lansdown signed a lease on 3,200 sqm of office space at Warsaw Spire in the Polish capital’s Wola district. The investment management and pension services provider is temporarily occupying 700 sqm in the building but is expected to move into its new space over two floors by the end of 2017. JLL acted as the agent for Hargreaves Lansdown during the lease negotiations. The Warsaw Spire complex includes a 220-meter skyscraper and two 55-meter buildings. The property offers a total of 109,000 sqm of space.
