The digital printing company Harrier has leased 3,250 sqm at Prologis Park Rudna in a deal facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield. Chris Hughes, Harrier’s MD, said the move was connected with uncertainty over Brexit.“With a significant element of our turnover being distributed into Continental Europe, combined with the continued uncertainty surrounding both the nature and timing of Brexit, the decision was taken to open a new production facility in Prague,” he said. “This allows us to create a state-of-the-art production facility, in a location close to the major European markets, with excellent distribution networks and access to a highly skilled and enthusiastic talent pool.” The new facility should be ready to begin operations in August.
