Federated Companies has purchased the home office complex of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for $17.8 million. Built in 2008 the 90,882 square foot warehouse sits on 10.4 acres at 1900 N.W. 21st Ave. The seller, an affiliate of Montvale, New Jersey-based Ivy Realty, bought the property in 2011 for $10.9 million. The sale was financed with a $8.8 million mortgage from Hartford Life Insurance Co.
