Havas Media Group has renewed its at of space at Warsawās New City office complex. At the same time Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has expanded the amount of space it leases in the building. Owned by Hines Global REIT, New City is located at Marynarska street, in the MokotĆ³w district, offering 44,000 sqm of office in two buildings. The complex was awarded with a BREEAM In-Use āExcellentā certificate. Hines Global REIT took over the asset in 2013.
