A new student housing community serving the University of South Florida has been announced by Haven Campus Communities. Located on 46th Street in Tampa, the project located just a few blocks from the main entrance to the USF campus. The new housing will feature 158 units with a 542 bed capacity. The facility will be technology-oriented with mobile-enabled access control system, a cyber-lounge with charging stations, as well as property wide internet service. The scheme is scheduled for completion by the fall semester of 2017. “Haven’s goal is to reflect a contemporary style that resonates with students,” said Jay Williams, co-founder of Haven Campus Communities. “We are excited to bring a new standard for innovation, technology and amenities to the Tampa market that reflects what today’s students expect.”
