Hays Poland renewed its lease at the Lumen building in Warsaw’s city center, where the recruitment agency has 1,265 sqm of office space.
“We are delighted that Hays has entrusted CBRE in the renegotiation of the lease agreement of its central office in Poland. We have been able to negotiate favorable lease terms for our client,” said Daniel Bienias, director of the tenant representation department at CBRE, who advised on the transaction. The Lumen building offers 23,500 sqm of leasable space.
