HB Reavis acquired an office project called Metronom from an Austrian investor, which is to be built at the Nové Butovice metro station in Prague 13. The plot with all necessary permits allows for building 35,000 sqm of office. The project includes a residential component offering 300 flats, but HB Reavis bought only the office portion, sticking to its long term strategy. The building is designed to be BREEAM certified. The acquisition follows the completion of River Garden Office at Rohanské nábřeží in Prague Karlín, and purchase of River Garden Office II and III from Premium Red, a member of Volksbank Group.
