HB Reavis acquired a new brownfield site in Bratislava that used to house the Ryba company near Apollo bridge. The site, located opposite the Panorama City complex between Košicka and Pribinova streets, at a busy crossroad, offers good visibility and transport access as well as strong footfall, Jakub Gossanyi, head of development at HB Reavis Slovakia, told Trend Reality. The developer has not yet revealed what it plans to build on the 6,248 sqm site in the city’s fast-developing business district. In addition to Panorama City and Triangel (J&T Real Estate), Sky Park (Penta Investments) two other HB Reavis projects, Twin City and Stanica Nivy, are nearby. Gossanyi says there could also be a station for the planned elevated railway.
