HB Reavis acquired two office buildings, a client center and surrounding land at Vinohradská 8, behind the National Museum in the center of Prague. The asset, currently leased to national health insurer VZP, is part of a portfolio of more than 20 properties the energy supplier ČEZ has put on sale to cut costs. Neither of the parties was willing to disclose details of the transaction including the price. However, according to Hospodářské noviny, market observers estimate the price to be in the vicinity of CZK 250m. ČEZ spokesman Ladislav Kříž told the paper that ČEZ already offloaded 16 properties worth CZK 370m this year.
