HB Reavis has completed River Garden II/III on RohanskĂ© nĂĄbĆeĆŸĂ in Prague 8-KarlĂn. The second phase of the Slovak developerâs first office project in the Czech Republic adds 25,000 sqm of space to the cityâs competitive market. Leasing has been slow compared to the first phase of the project. River Garden I was fully leased at completion to tenants like Unilever, ADP, Monster and Alpiq. The second phase of the project, meanwhile, has only signed two tenants: Philips (1,500 sqm) and Hills (1,000 sqm). HB Reavisâ Czech director, Olga HumlovĂĄ, however, claims that lease negotiations are underway with other prospective tenants.
HB Reavis plans to complete its next office project, Metronom in Pragueâs NovĂ© Butovice neighborhood by the first half of 2015. Acquisitions of an additional four office and retail projects are underway, says HumlovĂĄ.
