HB Reavis plans to build a new bus terminal in Bratislava’s Mlýnské Nivy district, with shops and parking garages. The project will also include a 30-story office building and a public square. The station will have two underground and five above-ground levels. It will be accessible from Svätoplukova and Karadžičova streets.
The usable area of the complex, including the underground parking garages for 2,150 cars, will total 300,000 sqm. HB Reavis is finalizing the design of the project in cooperation with architects from the UK’s Benoy studio. Construction is scheduled to run from 2016 to 2019. Costs are expected to total €200m.
