With plans to invest €700 on the Polish office market over the next three years, the Slovak investor HB Reavis is now looking for opportunities in the country’s retail sector. “First of all, we want to develop our office business in Poland, but we also want to expand our retail portfolio here,” said Stanislav Frňka, CEO of HB Reavis, adding that he sees Poland as a safe place to invest. “Poland is a very interesting market for investors, in many ways. Other countries are smaller, which gives them a smaller potential for growth,” said Frňka.
“We expect the offices sector will slow for Poland this year, but the retail market is not yet saturated, at least in some locations.”
