HB Reavis looks to invest €700m in Poland

HB Reavis plans to invest up to €700m in Poland in the coming years. It hopes to deliver more than 330,000 sqm of new space to the local market.
“We’re currently look for new plots in Poland, for the new investments,” said Stanislav Frňka, CEO HB Reavis Poland.
The Slovak developer currently has five projects in Warsaw. Construction has already started on Konstruktorska Business Centre and the first phase of Gdański Business Centre, while another project in Warsaw’s Mokotów district will break ground in the near-term, Frňka said. The developer plans to start its West Station project next year. HB Reavis also has a plot on Chmielna street in Warsaw that it acquired from the Polish State Railways (PKP).
