Karol Wyka has been appointed as the new Polish Country Leasing Director at HB Reavis. He will be located in the developer’s Warsaw office and will oversee the commercialization of all of its Polish developments. Karol Wyka has worked for HB Reavis since 2013. Previously, his responsibilities included the implementation of leasing strategies for individual buildings as well as managing negotiations with clients. He has seven years of experience in office leasing. Before joining HB Reavis, he worked as a Senior Property Broker at the consulting firm Nuvalu Polska.
