HB Reavis, a Central-European international commercial property developer has decided to return to Hungary because it sees potential in the Hungarian markets. Its first plans call for 20,000 – 25.000 sqm office building. This could be followed later by a shopping mall, according to Zoltán Radnóty, CEO of Hungarian HB Reavis. He said the company will target gradual expansion, rather than a sudden rush of investment, but that it was targeting up to 200,000 sqm in new real estate. Low entry prices are the primary attraction for the Slovak-based developer.
