HB Reavis plans to add a tower to the Twin City business complex it has been developing in Bratislava. Twin City Tower will be located opposite the VĆB headquarters at the corner of KaradžiÄova and Mlynske Nivy streets. The 88 meter tower will add 37,000 sqm of office space across 22 floors, with technologies located on the top 23rd floor and parking garage for 461 cars on three underground levels. The project designed by Siebert + TalaÅ”, CEPM and John Roberts Architects has received its planning permit and the developer hopes to be able to start construction in late 2016. Completion of the speculative development is expected in 2018.
