HB Reavis continues to move forward on plans to develop a mixed use project called Stanica Nivy that would will replace the old bus station at Mlýnske Nivy in Bratislava. The developer, which owns both land and the existing properties in the location, has revealed plans to build a 130,000 sqm project between Nivy and Svätoplukova streets. Of the total, 70,000 sqm will be taken by a shopping mall and 30,000 sqm will be devoted office space in a 115 meter tower. The remaining 30,000 sqm will house the new bus station. Parking for 2,000 is envisioned, while HB Reavis plans to invest €20m into the public infrastructure.
